Q. Do you meet your clients face to face, or do you coach them over the telephone?

A. Life coaching is a one to one interactive relationship. It can be in person or it can be done over the telephone at your convenience.

Q. I am fixed in my ways. Can Life Coaching really help me?

A. Yes it can help you by:

Q. On which model do you base your Life Coaching practice?

A. Life Coaching is not a process that can be achieved through formula or routine. My practice is eclectic, in that I derive ideas and methods from a range of models and theoretical perspectives. In the main I apply methods based on Cognitive – Behavioural approaches, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Motivational Interviewing techniques to encourage individuals towards forward progress. I frequently use the TGROW model in my practice as it has grown from observations of effective coaching sessions. The name derives from the initial letters of each step
